This is the first time I'm capturing lou hei with my left hand on the camera. An slr to be precise. Big and bulky, luckily didn't mount my grip, or else I can't hold and press the shutter. My right hand is doing the tossing. I feel like a clown juggling.. haha.. Thankfully, all is done well and successfully.. phew..

 Lou Hei in progress - the tossing of ‘Yu Sheng’, a colourful salad platter of raw fish and crunchy vegetables, to symbolize luck and prosperity. The higher you toss the salad and the louder you shout ‘Lou Hei’, the more luck you will have in the coming year.

it's good to be able to meet up with good friends to enjoy this special moment together.. and also not to forget wishing all a better year ahead for us ~~

Tossing the Yusheng with great energy and many hands doing it together~~

This is my first visit to the ramen shop @ central. My partner brings me to this shop. Nice cosy location and rather authentic furnishings that resembles a ramen shop in Japan. There is a river view and shop houses opposite the shop. Weekend is more crowded that weekdays. If you want to chill out and enjoy a bowl of hot ramen, try weekdays instead. There are some must try dishes. One is Ramen and the other dish is the fried rice. As for me, I have tasted both dishes in 1 visit. =p

That's the mini bowl of fried rice with some radish garnishings, some minced pork and egg fried with rice.. Piping hot with some chewy meat in there.
