Besides the noodles and dessert that we savoured in Taipei, Jiu Fen, we have explored some other foods as well. We have checked out some local delights. Check out the story below. 
BBQ & Fried Smelly Bean Curd Stall. 1 set selling @ 25 bucks which is about 2.50 SGD. Bean curds are served by BBQ or frying. The bean curd has a very strong pungent smell. Frying it in hot oil and adding their spicy chilli sauce helps to you ease the smell and i find it tastes very hot, crispy and spicy with the bean curd in my mouth. The vendor is cutting the bean curd to smaller pieces to serve us. We order the fried ones to try. My partner is not too keen to try them. The smell kinda of strong for her. |

A artist does what the artist likes without considering what the others' inputs via opinions, requests, emotions, pleas, thoughts or feelings. A designer has to do what the others want them to do, so that the designer has meals to eat. So who do I want to be? For now, I can only reply that I'm a designer artist. In future, I hope to be an artist designer. When I pass on, maybe i can be remembered as an artist will be good enough~~ haha ~~
