This is my first visit to the ramen shop @ central. My partner brings me to this shop. Nice cosy location and rather authentic furnishings that resembles a ramen shop in Japan. There is a river view and shop houses opposite the shop. Weekend is more crowded that weekdays. If you want to chill out and enjoy a bowl of hot ramen, try weekdays instead. There are some must try dishes. One is Ramen and the other dish is the fried rice. As for me, I have tasted both dishes in 1 visit. =p Let's go through the dishes in the photos below..
That's the mini bowl of fried rice with some radish garnishings, some minced pork and egg fried with rice.. Piping hot with some chewy meat in there.
A side view of the fried rice.. Still look very appetizing.. haha  My partner prefers this set.. You can get spicy soup ramen with fried rice together.  I prefer the chicken ramen soup.. There's onion and cabbage garnishings, egg, some sliced chicken in the soup with the hokkaido spirit.. It's good! It's strong!
